Impact Health Nurse Practitioners...

Are expected to provide high level clinical support, consultation and treatment in collaboration with nurse management and medical staff. NP's in today’s skilled facilities are the primary point of contact, supporting the physician role while being a part of the team.

Develop treatment plans
Complete history and physicals
Interpret lab results
Review medication and prescribe
Educate and counsel
Preventative medicine strategies
Evaluate discharge plan
Effective cost utilization
Collaborate with colleagues
On-site support and training
