Dr. Garumuni DeSilva is a graduate of St George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Yale affiliated Norwalk Hospital in Internal Medicine. He has a special interest in palliative care. He is also Certified Medical Director from the Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term care medicine and is the Medical Director of a number of area skilled nursing facilities. In addition, Dr. DeSilva is an assistant clinical professor of medicine at Quinnipiac University School of Medicine. His hospital affiliations include Milford Hospital and Yale hospital Systems. Currently his practice is in Hamden, CT.
Sheri Steiglitz Kipperman is a graduate of Western CT State University and comes to us with over 25 years of clinical practice. She is the Clinical Lead Director of our medical nurse practitioners.
Brooke Fortenberry is a graduate of UCONN and comes to us with over 8 years of clinical social workers experience. She is the Clinical Lead Director of our Licensed Clinical Social Workers.
